My stay at the hotel was exceptional! The rooms were beautiful, modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable, although being located above the conference room meant some slight noise issues. The staff was so helpful, professional, and really friendly, except for a minor hiccup at check-in. The hotel's location was exceptional, offering quick access to the Great Mall and businesses in the area. The dining experience was nice and accommodating, especially for those with special dietary needs. Overall, a great value for the money spent.

I was a bit disappointed that there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, especially considering the price we paid, but the room itself was spacious with two queen beds and smelled clean.
